Applicant Privacy Policy

In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), CUBIG (the "Company") establishes and discloses the following recruitment privacy policy to protect the personal information of job applicants and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Art. 1

Purpose of Processing, Items, Retention and Use Period

The Company retains applicants' personal information within the following purposes and use periods.

Art. 2

Provision to Third Parties

The Company processes applicants' personal information only within the scope of the purposes in Article 1, and does not provide it to third parties except with the data subject's consent or where otherwise provided by the Personal Information Protection Act.

Art. 3

Outsourcing of Processing

For the smooth performance of recruitment tasks, the Company outsources personal information processing as follows.

If the outsourced work or the outsourced party changes, the Company will disclose it without delay through this privacy policy.

Art. 4

Destruction Procedure and Method

When personal information becomes unnecessary (for example, when the retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved), the Company destroys the relevant personal information without delay.

Art. 5

Data Subjects' Rights and How to Exercise Them

Applicants may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. These rights may be exercised by email and other means, and the Company will take the necessary measures without delay in accordance with applicable laws.

Art. 6

Measures to Ensure Safety

In accordance with applicable laws, the Company implements administrative, technical, and physical protective measures to ensure the safety of personal information.

Art. 7

Automated Decision-Making

The Company does not currently make fully automated decisions in the hiring process that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on applicants.

Art. 10

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy applies from September 1, 2026. If this privacy policy is amended, the Company will disclose the timing and content of the change through the Company's recruitment web pages.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version prevails.
