Only de-identified data is transmitted externally, while the original meaning can be restored internally, ensuring both strong security 🔒 and practical usability.

This allows public institutions to securely leverage generative AI for tasks such as report writing 📝, civil service responses, and internal document management.

Once designated as an Innovation Product, public institutions can directly purchase LLM Capsule via the government’s procurement platform, with eligibility for sole-source contracts for three years.

This framework significantly lowers adoption barriers for innovative solutions.
